What Azuril said. It's a tiny little addon. Basically what it does is everytime you open a panel such as your character screen or you professions screen, it dumps the data in there to a text file. The rest of the time it sits there doing nothing at all.

When you post something there is a button called Additional Options, there you can attach things. It works with images, don't know if it works with normal files
