Reporting in-game issues
«
on:

Due to some recent in-game problems, I'm posting a reminder here to make sure everyone knows.
If you happen to see any Red Blades showing poor behaviour such as god-emoting, OOCing, grieving or any kind of harassment or behaviour that goes against the Blizzard policy or guild rules, make sure to inform an officer about this. In order to do so properly however, I'd hereby like to request you add either a series of
screenshots
or a
log
. This would make it easier for us to speak to the reported player and sort out the problem at hand. If this kind of proof isn't included, it won't be possible for us to look into the matter.
Naturally, this method works both ways. If any of our own members encounter any problems or the like, make sure you report the problem with either a screenshot or a log. This way, we can speak to the other guild's representative to sort the problem out together.

I'd like to emphasise on this post with a little bump, seeing how I've heard of some issues as of late. If you have a problem with a certain player, please report it to an active officer instead of spreading the problems amongst others' game play time on the OOC channels. It's better to report it to someone who can actually do something about it instead of making it a recurring problem in a place where people can do little about it.
