In order to accept new people however, we want to make sure people know what they're getting themselves in to. This doesn't mean that you need to know the lore inside-out or have to write an entire novel of an application, though a little pre-knowledge will get you a long way!
Having said that, I'm afraid that your application is a little short, and it might not be completely in harmony with the current timeline of WoW. As it stands now, the orcs have only set foot upon Kalimdor (and thus Durotar) for about nine to ten years now. Therefore, your orc will hardly be any older than just that if he has indeed been born in Durotar, and even for orcs, that is a little young.
Before they came to Kalimdor, the orcs resided on the Eastern Kingdoms, either in hiding or in internment camps. If you need any more information on this, you can consult any of the stickies found on these forums (you can find them in the "Getting Started" block to the right), or wowwiki.com, that could come in useful in terms of general lore.
I suggest you try and look into these things a little, and from that, see if you can revise or write your application anew. Of course, you're free to ask any questions as well, if need be! We'd be more than happy to help, of course.
